  • Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom-made bridal and groom wear requires 3-4 weeks for tailoring before shipping.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or phone.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, including weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges vary based on location and order size. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Customers must have the correct amount ready upon delivery.
  • Refusing an order upon delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future purchases.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns are not accepted as all customized bridal and groom dresses are made-to-order.
  • Exchanges are only allowed if the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects or errors.
Return & Exchange Process

  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return/exchange instructions.
  3. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
  • Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect.
5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit.
